The high-end Yamaha MGP16X series mixing console combines the latest DSP technology and high-quality analog circuitry in Yamaha’s latest compact portable mixer.
The Yamaha MGP16X draws on Yamaha’s years of experience in building compact mixers, and boasts a set of advanced features designed to make the MGP16X as versatile as possible.
The MGP16X features 8 of the studio-quality D-Pre Class A microphone preamps recognized in Steinberg MR series audio interfaces to help preserve the clarity of your recordings, whatever microphone you choose. The new 3-band X-Pressive equalizer has been designed to offer vintage Neve-style waveform and tonal control.
The Yamaha MGP16X also features two hybrid stereo channels with ducker, auto-leveler and DSP stereo imaging. Two Yamaha REV-X and SPX FX digital effects have been included with the Yamaha MGP16X. The front panel also features an iPod / iPhone connector for flexible DSP control with the free Yamaha MGP Editor iOS app, and will also offer high-quality playback of music from your library.
