Let’s Reconnect – Rexel – 2022

This year, MGS had the pleasure of staging one of its biggest networking events.

On June 9, 16 and 23 in Ciney, Hasselt and Kortrijk, the MGS team, in collaboration with So-Event, took charge of setting up the 3 venues from A to Z.

Passing through a futuristic airlock of neon-lit steel arches, guests discovered the ambience created by MGS. Some fifty stands ranging from bronze (simple) to gold (sophisticated) enabled partners to meet their customers. High tables and lounge areas with benches and coffee tables were set up throughout the room, allowing guests to dine in style. A photocall was available to keep a souvenir of the evening.

The MGS team was also in charge of all technical aspects of the event. The sound and background music to welcome the various artists, the creation of light effects combined with vintage bulbs and lasers to create the atmosphere, the illuminated and animated stage and the composition of videos to animate the led screen of the brand new 9m x 9m bar imagined for this event.
