BMW Inauguration

Discover the inauguration of BMW Bilia-Edmond Luxembourg, a magnificent modern building that recently opened its doors. The MGS team worked to create a memorable experience, designing the space and managing the video, sound and lighting.

A 54m² stage was specially set up for speeches, the Hooverphonic band and a DJ. To enhance this space, we used our Robe Viva, Robe Spiider and brand-new BT Chroma 800 luminaires. Four Panasonic AW-UE150KEJ8 cameras captured every moment of the evening.

The room’s interior has been carefully designed, with elegantly appointed tables and several bars. Our Robe Viva, accompanied by more than 50 2.5m Pixelstrips and several Chauvet h1 and h4, created a warm and friendly atmosphere.

To make the evening even more enjoyable, and to allow guests to leave with a souvenir, we installed a photobooth at the entrance.

For the international unveiling of the all-new BMW X5, we created a magnificent pixelstrip cage.

Outside, two organic tents were erected, adding a touch of elegance to the event.
