Inauguration of the X1, BMW’s new crossover September 2022

For the inauguration of the new X1 at the Château du Bois d’Arlon, Bilia Emond called on our services in conjunction with So Event. For this event, we produced an outdoor reveal of the car, using our Le Maître GForce 3 smoking machine to give an effect when the car was revealed.

Outside, we set up our new 5m/10m organic tent. We also added atmospheric lighting with our Spectral highlite, strobe festoons and zenit cameos.

We created atmospheric lighting for the room using our 12x flats quads and minimus octostrips to enhance the stage.

All the sound equipment needed to ensure the evening’s success was also in place. Our brand-new L-Acoustics-5XT made it possible to distribute the remote rooms. Video was also used to broadcast live the various speeches and promotional videos.

White designer furniture was used to furnish the various spaces.
